What I like about Paris: The canal, river, our great proximity to the mountains, 3 or 4 major cities, the coast and a progressive revitalization of downtown Augusta. Last but not least, the best golf course of the face of the earth, the Augusta National. Augusta is the best city in North America! If you don't believe me, just ask me.

Favorite Paris Restaurant: Tough question, because it depends on what you want. Not to mention the fact that everything about Augusta is so much better than any other city anywhere. Because you have to nail me down on one place, I would have to say Calvert's. Great fine dining and cuisine every time. Plus Craig and Bev are fine host.

Favorite Paris Bar: Still Water - great bluegrass and beer - smoking allowed - pool table overlooking bar and band.

My favorite moment in Paris? Boy, talk about being tied for first. It would have to go to Halloween night and I'll never get the year right, but it was circa "88". The last thing I remember was running around on the roof of the Partridge Inn. Don't know how I got up there and don't know how I got down. But I do remember that the entire night into the wee morning was a lot of fun!
